A Juneteenth Spread is Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 11:00am to 1:00pm at The CHSWF HQ. Attendees can come celebrate Juneteenth and honor Black progress, creativity, and togetherness by joining Lowcountry native Rashaunda Grant of The Carolina Cookery in the CHSWF Test Kitchen as she shares the Juneteenth tradition of “hot links and red drinks” which celebrates Black culture and the power that food has to share stories. Guests will learn how to make their own hot links while sipping on a delicious red drink cocktail before enjoying a meal together.
