The Adult Grilled Cheese Night ft. Saint Urban’s, Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at The Maker’s Post. Attendees can expect to learn how to make the perfect grilled cheese through a hands-on cooking demo with Saint Urban’s Warren Johnson, using the French technique known as fromage fort – a blend of farmhouse cheeses, white wine, garlic, and a kiss of Dijon mustard. The sandwiches will be served alongside a simple salad and paired with superb wines. A recipe card will be included. Tickets are $35.
