The Christmas on the Battery: Carols, Candlelight & Gullah Christmas Stories is Friday, December 1, 2023, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at Edmondston-Alston House at Middleton Place. Guests can take a self-guided tour of the festively decorated house and hear the Charleston Caroling Company. Guests can enjoy wine or hot cider as they hear from local storyteller Fouche Sheppard, who will perform Gullah Christmas stories.
