The Guests Chef Dinner: Sắp Sửa x VERN’S is Wednesday, June 12, 2024, with reservations starting at 5:30pm at Vern’s. Chef-Owners of Sắp Sửa Ni and Anna Nguyen will be joining Vern’s Owners Dano and Bethany Heinze to create flavorful, vibrant inspired food of Denver’s non-traditional Vietnamese Sắp Sửa to Charleston.Tickets are $140 and includes a family-style feast featuring Sắp Sửa from Denver, a complimentary welcome cocktails, and all beverages + additions will be purchased a’la carte during the event.
About Sắp Sửa: Sắp Sửa was named one of the most anticipated restaurant openings in the country by Bon Appétit, and made it onto Esquire’s coveted 50 Best New Restaurants in America 2023 list. This year, Sắp Sửa is a James Beard Award Best New Restaurant semifinalist.
