The Isle of Palms Connector Run and Walk for the Child is on Saturday, October 5, 2024, starting at 8:00am on the Isle of Palms Connector. This race is raising funds to fight against child abuse in the Lowcountry. Competitors can either run or walk a 5k or 10k that will start on the Isle of Palms and cross into Mount Pleasant. Post-race, there will be a celebration will feature live music, free beer (21+), a kid’s area, cash prizes, an awards ceremony, and vendor exhibits.
