The Merci Pop-up at babas on cannon is Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Merci is a European-inspired neighborhood bistro from the team behind The Drifter that is opening in late summer 2024 in Downtown Charleston. To give a taste of whats to come Merci is popping up babas on cannon to offer a selection of European-inspired small plates from their forthcoming menu, paired with cocktails and wine chosen and prepared by the babas team.

Menu Highlights: include Merci Focaccia, Snapper Crudo with blackberry, cucumber-ginger gelee, hazelnuts, creme fraiche, Miso butter roasted shrimp with fennel, celery and miso aioli plus desserts like chocolate hazelnut tart with Frangelico Creme Fraiche.
