The Of Wine + Olive Oil: A Croatian Celebration is Thursday, June 27, 2024, from 5:00pm to 6:15pm and 7:00pm and 8:15pm at The CHSWF HQ. Attendees can enjoy one of two beverage workshops with hosts Christy Irvin and Richie Swann from Istrian-Italian Travel. At this beverage workshop guests will taste through 2500 years of wine-making tradition with some Croatian varietals and guests will also enjoy small bites provided by Stems + Skins for the ideal pairing.
