The Paul Feinstein Cocktail Event is Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at Sorelle. Attendees can enjoy an engaging cocktail class with internationally recognized food and travel writer, Paul Feinstein. Join Paul and the Sorelle team in celebrating Paul’s new book, Italy Cocktails: An Elegant Collection of Over 100 Recipes Inspired by Italia, by crafting your own cocktails. The class will be an interactive and educational experience where Paul will share his expertise on Italian cocktails. Guests can expect tips on crafting Italian classics and dessert cocktails and to enjoy canapés from the Sorelle team throughout the class.
Tickets Include A signed copy of Paul’s book, Italy Cocktails: An Elegant Collection of Over 100 Recipes Inspired by Italia, a tasting flight of five recipes from Paul’s book, and a Canapé pairing menu.
