Pop-Up: Red Clay at Bar Rollins is Friday, October 27, 2023 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Bar Rollins. At the pop-up guests can enjoy menu items created by Chef Geoff Rhyne of Red Clay. There will be roasted oysters and fall-inspired dishes using Red Clay’s spicy, chef-crafted hot sauces, hot honey and condiments. No reservations are needed and all menu items can be purchased a la carte.
