Stride the Wave 5k is Sunday, April 21, 2024, starting at 9:00am at James Island County Park. The 5K race is benefitting the Warrior Surf Foundation. Proceeds will go towards WSF’s Surf Therapy Program, which provides 12 weeks of free surf therapy, yoga, wellness classes and community to Veterans struggling with PTSD and other mental health challenges.
On race day James Island County Park gates will open at 8:00am and there will be a $2 entry fee for everyone over the age of two. Check-in and T-shirt pickup will run from 8:00am to 8:45am.
