The Lewis Hatch Chile Roast is Sunday, October 1, 2023 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm at The Pacific Box + Crate Courtyard. Attendees can enjoy tasting tents, live music, a kiddie corral with children’s activities, and cold beverages. Admission to the event is free and $10 donations to benefit Friends of Joseph Floyd Manor are encouraged.

Lewis Hatch Chile Roast Pro Tips

Skip the line and pre-order Hatch Chiles. You can purchase one or five pound bags of fresh Hatch Chiles.
Bring cash for donations to Friends of Joseph Floyd Manor – last year, this event raised over $10,000 to feed the residents of Friends of Joseph Floyd Manor for an entire year.
There will be two rounds of chefs preparing dishes. The first 10 to 12 chefs will be set up from 12:00pm to 2:00pm and the second round of chefs will be set up from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
Head to the merch table to purchase custom merchandise and pitmaster John Lewis’s exclusive enchilada sauce and fresh salsa. These market items are only available for purchase at The Lewis Hatch Chile Roas – get them while you can!
To avoid having to park in overflow parking, utilize a rideshare company on the day of the event.
Take advantage of attending a free Whitney Morgan and Solid Country Gold concert! Solid Country Gold will kick off the event, and Whitney Morgan will take the stage.
