The Yule Log Baking Classis Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Mercantile & Mash. Attendees can enjoy a class led by Mercantile & Mash’s pastry team. All classes are designed for an intermediate level baker with experience following recipes. Student bakers will learn how to make a chocolate sponge cake rolled with chestnut cream and will decorate their cakes with traditional meringue mushrooms.
