The Daniel Island Exchange Club has put together 1000 US flags in honor of local heroes including veterans, first responders, and teachers as well as the personal heroes of island residents. This year guests can stop by to celebrate The Fourth of July at Market Street Circle at The Charleston Place. Independence Day Weekend RiverDogs Games are from Thursday, July 4, 2024 to Saturday, July 6, 2024 at Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park. Thursdays game will include a post game firework show. Friday night The RiverDogs will shine a spotlight on active duty and retired military members and their families, while the team wears their brand-new red alternates on the field. And Saturdays game Honor and celebrate Veterans and active-duty service members with your Charleston RiverDogs at The Joe. Military families can contact the RiverDogs office for more information about free tickets.

Fourth of July on Sullivan’s Island

This year head Sullivan’s Island to celebrate the Fourth of July. The fun begin with a golf cart parade at 9:00am on Thursday, July 4, 2024, and ends with a party in the park in the afternoon. The golf cart parade begins at Sunrise Presbyterian Church and ends at Sullivan’s Island Elementary School. The Party at The Park will begin at 6:00pm and guests are encouraged to bring a chair or a blanket to watch the show firework show that will begin shortly after 9:00pm. Music will be provided by the Shem Creek Boogie Band.

The 2024 Folly Beach 4th of July Fireworks is Thursday, July 4, 2024, beginning at dusk at The Folly Beach Pier.The show will begin from the West side of the island, a few blocks from the Folly Beach Pier. Viewing is available from all along the beach and even throughout Center Street.

On Thursday, July 4, 2024 head to Front Beach on Isle of Palms to watch an exciting beachfront firework show. The show will be held from 9:00pm to 9:30pm. Admission is FREE. Setup for the firework show will begin at 6:30pm, so the city has asked visitors to leave the beach area between 21st Avenue to 3rd Sea Cabins during the preparation time.

The Fourth Of July Blast at Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum is Thursday, July 4th, 2024, starting at 5:00pm and the firework show will begin around 9:30pm This year admission to the party is $95 per person and includes exclusive access to this year’s fun and festivities at Patriots Point, including live music, food vendors, beer and wine for sale, and fireworks from the Flight Deck. Tickets grants attendees access to the USS Yorktown’s flight deck and hangar bays starting at 6:00pm. Tickets are limited to six per person and cannot be resold.

The Carolina Girl Yacht 4th of July Firework Cruise
Celebrate Independence Day on the water with views of the fireworks display around Charleston with a three hour sunset cruise.
