A Look Inside: ACE

March 15, 2024

Welcome to ACE, The Anneclaire Experience! ACE opens on Monday, March 18, 2024, in Charleston, SC.

ACE is a fitness studio that utilizes dance to tone and challenge muscles, promoting a strong mind-body connection. Anneclaire Nelson, the creator of ACE, is a seasoned dancer, certified yoga teacher, choreographer, and celebrity fitness trainer with over 20 years of experience. She has taught dance and fitness in major cities like Los Angeles, Miami, and New York, and has been doing so in Charleston for the last two years. Her passion for movement and dance led her to establish an in-person fitness studio in her home state of South Carolina, and we’re lucky to have it here!

Let’s take a look inside ACE!

The Interior

The interior of ACE has been designed to be bright and motivating, reflecting the class and experience it offers. It features beautiful windows that allow natural light to flood in, light wood features, and a color palette of white, grey, black, and pops of green. The space was designed by local interior designer Vivere Interior Design.

To make dancing easier on clients’ joints, the studio has a sprung floor, which is a unique feature of ACE as it’s the only fitness studio in Charleston that uses such floors. Moreover, the fitness studio has speakers installed all over the ceiling to create an immersive experience. Anneclaire, the owner of ACE, aims to provide students with a calming and joyful space where they can grow physically and mentally. The hope is that when students are in the studio, they are able to be fully present.
