Welcome to Azur. This intimate European eatery and event space is located in Downtown Charleston right off King Street on Market Street. Enjoy French, Italian, and Spanish plates, curated European wines, specialty cocktails, and decadent baked goods. Azur is a great option for late-night drinks and dessert, a leisurely lunch, or even for your next event. Take a look inside this delightful Charleston restaurant.

The Interior

Azur has a beautiful large bar where you can enjoy a specialty cocktails (made with fresh juices and house-made syrups) or a glass of wine from their intentionally selected wine list. The interior at Azur is decorated with beautiful glass-blown lights that were crafted by local glassworks company CLEOD.

The Exterior

Enjoy lunch or dinner on the lovely outdoor patio at Azur. The outdoor patio is decorated with twinkly lights and lush plants. The patio also has fans and umbrellas to help guests stay cool during the warmer months.

The Menu

The medley of offerings at Azur includes French, Italian, and Spanish dishes, an assortment of desserts, specialty hand-crafted cocktails, and European wines. A few notable menu items are the lunch Azur Burger served on a flaky house-made croissant bun, the Salad Nicoise, the decedent espresso martini, and the whipped brie served with a warm baguette.

Azur serves lunch on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Brunch is served on Sundays from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Dinner is served Wednesday through Monday starting at 5:00pm.

The Details

Interested in hosting an event at Azur? Next to Azur’s main restaurant is their event space, which can hold up to 50 people. The event space has a beautiful bar area and can be transformed into a space for a plated dinner or utilized for an indoor/outdoor event using the Azur patio. The event space can be used as a buffet, an elegant plated dinner party, rehearsal dinners, luncheons, or a corporate event.
