Kamayan Dinner at Maya ft. Chef Nikko Cagalanan is Sunday, July 16, 2023 at 5:00pm at Maya. Guests can enjoy a curated dinner on Maya’s outdoor patio. The chefs will be preparing a whole hog (Lechon) and a whole goat (Barbacoa) from local purveyors Peculiar Pig Farms and Joseph Field Farms to create entrees, plus four unique side dishes. Dinner will be served on traditional banana leaves, adding an authentic touch to the evening. Guests can also enjoy two specially crafted cocktails. The menu is completely gluten-free.
