The Interior

The interior has a cozy bar, numerous tables, and a beautiful mural showing the colliding of cultures to create the Coterie menu. Artist Amrisa Niranjan created the mural, which is the restaurant’s focal point. Sculpted okra flowers, a notable vegetable used in both Gullah and Indian recipes, are featured throughout the space.

The Exterior

The dog-friendly patio contains ample seating, a full bar, and lush greenery. Happy hour is offered daily at the bar from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Happy hour includes $8 cocktails, $8 glasses of wine, and select $8 menu items like the tasty Coterie Burger.

The Menu

Coterie’s menu is full of rich, satisfying dishes. A must-try is the Trinidad Doubles, which can be ordered with lamb or chana (chickpeas), served on a fried barra with curry, pear chutney, vindaloo sauce, and cucumber slaw. The menu also includes items like The House Burger (a veggie or beef burger are available) and the Goan Fish Curry made with roasted turmeric, green chilies, cilantro, and lemon.
