A Look Inside: Costa

May 14, 2024

Welcome to Costa. Costa debuted in November of 2023 in Charleston on the ground floor of The Jasper in Harleston Village. Costa has swiftly risen to the top of the food scene, attracting foodies, locals, and visitors with its beautifully crafted dishes and stunning design. These dishes, inspired by the Italian coast, include refreshing salads, light fish dishes, rich pastas, and more. Costa is the brainchild of the Easton Porter Group, the masterminds behind Zero George, Wild Common, and Cannon Green.

Take a look inside Costa.

The Interior

Upon entering Costa, guests are welcomed by grand ceilings, large windows, bright yellow accents, and a subtle nautical ambiance. The interior of Costa features an inviting central bar with a mirrored ceiling, a spacious dining room with an open kitchen concept, and a private dining area upstairs.

The Exterior

Walking up to Costa, guests are greeted by lush plants and music. And although there is no outdoor seating, there are beautiful windows all around the restaurant providing natural light and a light airy atmosphere.

The Menu

The menu at Costa is frequently updated to offer guests a wide range of dishes made with seasonal ingredients and the chef’s latest inspiration. The chef spearheading the menu is Chef Vinson Petrillo, who is also at the helm at The Restaurant at Zero George.  Chef Vinson is known for his deep passion for quality ingredients and his ability to create unique dishes. The restaurant serves fresh seafood, including oysters with a wedge of a seasoned tomato to squeeze on top, rich pasta dishes, and refreshing salads and vegetables. Costa also has an extensive wine and cocktail menu that includes a few zero-proof drinks.
