Estadio’s cuisine includes various seasonal dishes incorporating local ingredients coupled with ingredients imported from Spain. Chef Alex Eaton has created a thoughtful menu with fresh bright salads, unique tapas, light seafood dishes, and proteins like the Flat Iron Steak and Chicken. The bar at Estadio is known for its wide variety of gins, sherry, Spanish wines, and sangria. Their gintonics are particularly tasty, which are created using locally-made tonic by Sweatman’s Garden.
