A Look Inside: Solt Wellness

August 8, 2023

Welcome to Charleston’s newest wellness spa, Solt Wellness. Solt Wellness was created by founder Fiona Scott to provide more access and opportunity for people in Charleston to receive wellness-focused treatments like red light therapy, float pods, salt rooms, bodywork, meditation, infrared saunas, and more. Solt offers a variety of treatments and services that will leave you wanting to come back on a weekly basis. Take a look inside Solt Wellness.

The Interior

Inside Solt, you’ll find a tranquil sanctuary. As you step in, there’s a coffee and tea bar welcoming you, along with a gift shop showcasing journals, jewelry, bath products, and water bottles. There’s a bright and serene lounge area where you can relax before or after your sessions. Additionally, clients have access to a changing room and shower for their convenience.

Solt’s interior includes all of the wellness treatment modules including the beautiful Salt Room, pictured above. The Salt Room has Himalayan pink sea salt all over the ground and on the walls. Salt therapy has been found to reduce inflammation, increase energy, improve breathing, and reduce stress and anxiety.

The Treatments

Solt offers Float Pods, like the one photographed above, where you can float in high saline water promoting ultimate relaxation and relief of chronic pain. There is also a Meditation Pod, where you are taken through a guided meditation, and Red Light Therapy, which can help reduce inflammation and pain while also improving your skin and sleep. Solt also has Infrared Saunas and treatments like Facials, Body Work, and Salt Therapy.

The Exterior

Solt Wellness is located on the corner of Spring Street and President Street in Downtown Charleston. There are parking spots located around the back exclusively for Solt customers.

The Details

Solt has been intentionally created to help you feel at ease the moment you walk through the doors. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and cared for. Be sure to follow along with Solt’s journey as they introduce new treatment modules and events.
